The department of Child Welfare & Attendance supports students and families, oversees student attendance, pupil enrollment, discipline procedures, alternative education placements, and student transfers. Our department combines knowledge of education laws and counseling services to resolve issues regarding school attendance, student discipline, campus safety, and programs for at-risk youth.
Transcripts and other records may be requested by mail or in person (not by phone) at the district office, Monday – Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Proof of ID must accompany all requests.Processing fees: $2.00 per Transcript, $5.00 per Individual Education Plan (IEP) and $15.00 per Cumulative Record copy (currently enrolled students only). Only cash or money orders payable to Azusa Unified School District will be accepted.
