Recognition of Azusa Unified School District (AUSD) Staff Instrumental in Engaging more than 50 AUSD Students in Paid Internships
AUSD had the highest number of students in internships among all the K12 Foothill Consortium schools. This achievement reflects AUSD’s commitment to fostering career readiness and equipping students with the skills they need to succeed in today’s competitive job market. The Board of Education recognized Frank Chang, Director of College and Career, CTE teachers Patricia Dorsey, Andres Del Real, Jennie Aguirre, Irma Marrufo, Jim Hague, Riley McDougall, Joel Montes de Oca, Lori Madden, Azusa High School Career Center Technician, and Georgina Maldonado, College and Career secretary for this milestone.
Recognition of Amy Foell, K12 Foothill Consortium Workforce Development Consultant
The Board of Education recognized Ms. Foell for connecting students with hands-on learning and internship opportunities.
