The Budget Department at Azusa Unified School District is responsible for developing and maintaining the district’s budget. The budget is developed utilizing projections based on input from the Board of Education, district administration, principals, program managers, and the community. Once adopted, revisions are made based on actual financial experiences, and the projections will be revised. Each December and March an interim financial report required by the state is certified by the Board to evaluate and track the district's financial position.
