Workers Compensation
California's workers’ compensation system is designed to provide state-mandated benefits to employees who are injured on the job with medical treatment related to the injury or illness, temporary disability to replace wages while recovering and help return to work. Workers’ compensation does not include damages for pain and suffering or punitive damages.
If you are injured on the job, please notify your supervisor immediately and contact the District Company Nurse.
