We at Azusa Unified are honored to serve your family. Data confirmation for current students for the 2023-2024 school year can now be completed online via the Aeries Parent Portal. 

Data Confirmation for Current Students

Data Confirmation for students currently enrolled in the Azusa Unified School District (AUSD) must be completed by a parent/guardian using the Aeries Parent Portal by the first day of school.  Please note: Only the parent/guardian of the student should register for an Aeries Parent Portal.

Data Confirmation Instructions

• Navigate to the Aeries Portal using the link below after reading the following information.
• Log into your Aeries Parent Portal account using the same email and password used last year
  • If you do not remember your password, use the forgot password button to receive a link to reset your password. The link will be sent to the email address on file in Aeries
  • If you do not receive this link, please contact your school site
• Once logged in, click the student tab
• Click the Data Confirmation box in the drop-down menu and follow the instructions to complete Data Confirmation for your student(s)

Technology assistance available by appointment: If you need assistance using your Aeries Parent Portal please contact your school site, you may also contact the Student Support Services department at (626) 858-6168  to make an appointment for in-person assistance.
