    Program Information 

    • All Early College Program classes will be held at Azusa High School (East Campus)
    • 4 Year commitment, including summer school – starts June 2023
    • Dedicated AUSD counselor to support
    • Students can earn as much as 62 transferable credits
    • Courses taught by instructors hired by Citrus College or by qualified AUSD teachers who meet Citrus faculty requirements

     

    • ECP classes usually meet 2 days a week (for example, M/W or Tu/Th)
    • Schedule will be released late Spring/Early Summer 2023 – (dependent on instructor availability)
    • Students will be on a different schedule than other students (Start time will likely be 7:30am)
    • Students take high school classes after college classes 
    • Students can take all the classes, electives, & activities offered to non-ECP students

      Program Requirements
    • Middle School GPA of 2.5 or better (No Fs for 8th grade semester report cards)

    • Two Letters of Recommendation from a 7th or 8th grade teacher

    • Interview with Azusa HS staff

    • If accepted:

      • Complete Citrus College online registration process

      • Complete dual enrollment form

      • Sign FERPA waiver
