The Board of Education of the Azusa Unified School District is seeking qualified, interested individuals to serve on a committee of community leaders, which will serve as the Independent Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee for the implementation of the District’s Measure K school facilities bond program.
Measure K was passed by voters in 2014. In accordance with Proposition 39 requirements, the Board previously established a Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee to which it appointed seven (7) members. The District now desires to appoint additional members to the Committee. Individuals over the age of 18, who meet the requirements, may apply to serve on the Committee. The Azusa Unified School District’s Board of Education will appoint members to the Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee after reviewing all applications.
