Grade Change Request

Attention parents/guardians.  Please read the attached letters regarding the Grade Change Request as required by Assembly Bill 104 and Assembly Bill 167.  The Grade Change Request pertains only to students who attended high school during the 2020-2021 school year.  If you have any questions or are submitting the Grade Change Request Form, please email the appropriate person below.
